Emmi adds Leu to Americas division
Swiss dairy giant Emmi is gradually transferring responsibility for business in its Americas division to Jonas Leu as part of a long-term succession plan. The 37-year-old Swiss national has completed his training as a milk technologist at Emmi and has since worked for the company in various positions in Switzerland and abroad. He holds a master’s degree in food sciences from ETH Zurich.
As designated division head, he will initially be introduced to the new area of responsibility in the coming year as deputy to the current division head Matthias Kunz, before he will take over responsibility for the division as a group management member from 2022.
