Tomas has more than 15 years working in digital transformation in various roles and companies. Thousands of cheeses and dairy products are inspected by judges from every part of the industry, from cheese maker to retail buyers, and awards given out for best in class and Supreme Champion.

A networking lunch, sponsored by Ecolab, is also occurring during the show on the 27th. As an attendee, one can pop in and out of the seminars that we are having in the middle of the exhibition floor. It will be a worthwhile day out.
